Service Description
Cancellations Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may transfer the full payment to a future booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and will result in forfeiture of the full payment. Facility Use & Responsibility Damages: The renter is fully responsible for any damage to Mosaic Room property, furnishings, equipment, or fixtures that occurs during their rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the renter. Trash: All trash generated during the event must be collected, bagged, and removed by the renter. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Rental Time: Access to the facility is limited strictly to the hours booked. Early access or early setup will not be permitted, so please reserve sufficient time for setup, event activities, and cleanup. Rental includes use of furniture including five 8'tables, 6 folding tables, 31 chairs, a sofa, coat rack. Space must be cleaned and left in condition you found it in! By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and to comply with Mosaic Room’s facility policies during your rental.
